Step 2 ) Copy paste each frame of the fill into paint shop pro, one at a time, by clicking edit > paste as new image.
Type the word you want, picking the colors as you go. Press okay, then duplicate the vector layer. Right click on the layer on top and click Rasterize.

Like in the second screenshot above , click on the vector layer you duplicated. the one you can still edit =) Click edit text, and give it a stroke, up at the top. It doesn't matter how big the stroke is, just make it somethin you like.
Then click on the magic wand tool..
And click anywhere on the transparent part of the canvas. Thats the grey and white squares by the way.. then click selections, invert. Make a new raster layer, and drag it behind everything, then click selections > Expand > 5px. and click a grey color.. I used #a0a0a0, and fill in the area behind it.
Then click Image > Add/remove noise, gaussian, 100%, monochrome
Click on the top raster layer, the one with the text you CANT edit, and click
Effects > 3D effects, Inner bevel and set the settings to this.
Your glitter should look like this so far.
Use the magic wand again to select around the image again.
Make a new layer on the very top of your design so far, and double click the color palette. The one in the front.
Click on patterns, and if you pasted the glitterfills into PSP like you were supposed to in the beginning, they'll all be there =p Their names should be image 2 and stuff like that :x Anyway, drag the pattern over the glitter. Go to file > export > GIF optimizer, and select existing transparency option. Save it.
Erase the pattern on the top of the glitter, then put the second one on Go to file > export > GIF optimizer, and select existing transparency option. Save it.
